Who is responsible for your data

Canine Health Today

Contact: contact@caninehealthtoday.com

Canine Health Today is the data controller for the data collected on this site.

What data is collected

This site has no account, no form and no newsletter. We do not ask for your name, email address or payment details. The data collected is technical and relates to your visit:

Meta Pixel and cookies

This site uses the Meta Pixel, a measurement tool provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Facebook, Instagram). It places cookies on your device, such as _fbp, which is kept for up to 90 days, and it records page views and clicks on the store buttons.

We use this data to measure the performance of our ads on Facebook and Instagram: how many people who saw an ad visited this page and clicked through to the store. It also helps Meta show our ads to people more likely to be interested.

Data shared with Meta

The data collected by the Meta Pixel is sent directly to Meta. Meta may combine it with information it already holds about you if you have a Facebook or Instagram account, and may transfer it outside the European Union. Meta acts as joint controller with us for the collection and transmission of this data, and as an independent controller for what it does with it afterwards. You can read how Meta uses this data in the Meta Privacy Policy.

You can limit the use of this data for advertising in your Meta ad preferences, and block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.

Other services used by this site

Links to the online store

The buttons and links on this site lead to store-tipaw.com, an online store operated by a third party. When you click through, the campaign tags and ad click identifier from your visit are passed on in the link. Once you are on the store, its own privacy policy applies, and we have no control over the data it collects.

Legal basis

Data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in measuring and improving the performance of our advertising, and in operating a secure website.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@caninehealthtoday.com. We will reply within one month. Because the data collected on this site is technical, please include the date of your visit and, if possible, the device and browser you used, so that we can find it.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of the country where you live.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
